Beginners welcome in all classes at any time
DaoYin YangSheng Gong - 6.00pm to 7.00pm - £4 or £14 per month
Guiding and Leading Energy Work - is a selection of traditional exercises including:
5 Animal Frolics, 5 Element Tao Yoga, 12 Posture Sitting Qigong.
Tai Chi for Health - 7.00pm to 8.30pm - £5 or £18 per month
This class focuses on Tai Chi for it's health and exercise benefits.
We practice a selection of traditional exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and heal the body both externally and internally.
The full original Tai Chi Form is taught. All levels of experience are welcome.

Tai Chi for Self-defence
- 7.00pm - 9.00pm - £6 or £20 per month
The original Tai Chi system of self-defence.
This system is of the highest level in every way and is very advanced work.
If you are new please do not turn up to this class expecting to train straight away without having talked to me first either by phone or in a class.

Liangong & Tai Chi Qigong
Liangong is a set of therapeutic health care exercises developed from ancient Chinese traditional medicine, acupuncture, age-old massage techniques and physical exercise principals. It comprehensively exercises the whole body with specific exercises for neck & shoulders, back and the legs.
Tai Chi Qigong is based on the philosophy of Tai Chi and places emphasis on synchronizing the movements with proper breathing techniques. It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing Qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.It is designed to improve the general health and wellbeing of the practitioner. The gentle rocking motions and stretching movements improve circulation and digestion. The chest exercises and controlled breathing are good for lung conditions and asthma. And the overall effect of the exercise is to reduce mental stress and physical tension carried in the muscles of the body. This Qigong is very effective and easy to learn.

All these classes have a very friendly atmosphere. You are generally expected to work at your own pace.
Wear any comfortable clothing and soft lightweight footwear.
