Thursday Evening Tai Chi Class

7.00 pm - 8.00 pm Tai Chi Form & Exercise £10
In this class we practice the Tai Chi form and various exercises to teach the unique way of Tai Chi movement, correct body structure and alingment and relaxation leading to Qi Energy and Power generation.
Learn how to improve health natuarlly, move your body with maximum efficiency & skill, increase energy, relax & calm the mind.
6.00 pm - 7.00 pm Tai Chi Self Defence
This class focuses more on the self defence (Martial Arts) side of the Tai Chi system.
Anyone who attends any of my other classes is welcome to try this class. Suitable for both men & women.
Here we do various Forms that are first learned as a Solo Form and then as a two person practice.
Push Hands and Tai Chi weapons forms are also taught.

Wudang Internal Kung Fu & Advanced Taijiquan
Anyone who attends any of my other classes is welcome to try this class. Suitable for both men and women.
The emphasis in this class is the original Wudang Internal system created by Zhang Sanfeng and Advanced Taijiquan.
This class teaches the main solo Forms of the system plus the training drills for fighting applications which combine solo forms and working with partners.
Weapons Forms and their self-defense training applications include knives and sticks as well as the more traditional weapons such as swords and spears.
